Likwidacja „lex Grabowski” w kontekście reformy postępowania karnego z 1949 r.

Abstract

After World War II new Communist authorities were making substantial changes in Polish pre-war legalsystem. Among these changes the reform of criminal procedurę was one of the most important. The article tries to present changes done in 1949 in the context of abolishingsome legal regułations called „Lex Grabowski". These pre-war laws was described by new authorities as „fascist" and that's why it should have been changed. In fact, reasons for abolishing the law were completely different. The article is onły a fragment of fundamental research on evolution of Polish criminal procedure after 1944.
