| Abstrakt: | This paper concerns the idea of cultural borders in television broadcast. If we assume that television not only spreads culture, but also creates culture in a wide anthropological sense, we can ask what kind of culture is created by television and what are its limitations. The article discusses the role of television broadcasting in creating and destructing cultural borders. The main issue of this article is to show the role of TV images in experiencing heterogeneity and multiculturalism of the world expressed in TV news broadcast from various regions. |
