Abstract

This article is about two selected principles which exist in Polish Civil Law and Civil Procedure – principle of equal rights of parties and principle of access to the court. It tries to show the influence of new, modern technologies in understanding these general principles. It focuses at some problems which are connected with the possibility of using electronic writs in a court actions. It contains some examples of law regulations which are using these new technologies especially in procedural matters. And of course the consequences of doing that.
