    Abstrakt: Realisation of cultural component of meaning in syntax is fulfilled in semantics and structure of syntactic and communicative elements as ready products of speachmaking. The fixation of nationally important cultural concepts and values appears in the language structure, of socially caused concepts – in speech practice.
