Abstract

The fairy tales of Schwarz that had been analysed, introduce by themselves free adaptations of some H. Ch. Anderson’s works: “The Naked King”, “The Snow Queen”, “The Shadow”. The comparative analysis of the texts proves, that the transformations which hat been done by Schwarz: free connection of elements selected from different sourses into a new unity, modification of archetypes, travesty and a game with meanings and sometimes turning round of their original senses served to modernisation of old tale and to the adjustment of it to the reflection of contemporary problems.
