| Abstrakt: | The article concerns the problem of present State of research on the interpretation and analysis of Soviet law in Polish legal doctrine during Second Republic (1918-39). After World War II this topie (e.g. Soviet law) was not analyzed. There are only few publications on this topie, but they are written by historians, not by historians of law. Some publications referto Soviet problem from the point of view of legal doctrines. That is why future research on this topie is worth undertaking. |
