    dc.description.abstractW artykule koncentruję uwagę na procesie dostosowania swoich możliwości do zamiarów badawczych, stawiania sobie ambitnych celów, a potem dążenia do ich zrealizowania. Dokonam analizy procesu realizacji zamiarów badawczych z perspektywy koncepcji pamięci prospektywnej, PM (Ellis i Freeman, 2008; Graf i Grondin, 2006; Niedźwieńska, 2008, 2013). Pamięć prospektywna traktowana będzie jako kluczowa kategoria krytycznej analizy własnych doświadczeń w zakresie realizacji długofalowych zamiarów/ projektów badawczych. W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawię koncepcję pamięci prospektywnej, zwrócę uwagę na jej znaczenie i rolę w życiu codziennym nauczyciela akademickiego. W drugiej części dokonam analizy swoich zamiarów badawczych z perspektywy faz pamięci prospektywnej (Kliegel i in., 2008). Trzecia część artykułu poświęcona będzie zaburzeniom pamięci prospektywnej. W ostatniej części artykułu odpowiem na pytania: 1) Jakie czynniki negatywnie oddziałują na pamięć prospektywną badacza?; 2) Jak uchronić się przed zapominaniem o swoich planach i zamiarach badawczych?; 3) Jak rozwijać pamięć prospektywną badacza i zmniejszyć ryzyko zapominania o ważnych sprawach?pl
    dc.description.abstractIn this article, I focus on the process of aligning one’s capabilities with research intentions, setting ambitious goals, and then pursuing them. I will analyse the process of realising research intentions from the vantage point of the concept of prospective memory, PM (Ellis & Freeman, 2008; Graf & Grondin, 2006; Niedźwieńska, 2008, 2013). Prospective memory will be considered here as the key category of the critical analysis of one’s own experiences within the frame of long-term research intentions/projects. In the first part of the paper, I will present the concept of prospective memory, noting its significance and role in the daily life of an academic teacher. In part two, I will analyse research intentions from the vantage point of prospective memory phases (Kliegel et al., 2008). Part three will be devoted to prospective memory disorders. Finally in the last part, I will answer the following questions: What factors negatively influence a researcher’s prospective memory? How to avoid forgetting one’s research plans and intentions? How can researchers develop their prospective memory and decrease the risk of forgetting about important matters?pl
