| Abstrakt: | The article contains an analysis of selected draft amendments to the Act of 27 March 2003 on Spatial Planning and Development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2012, pos. 647, as amended), carried out in order to determine to what extent studied projects relate to the sustainable development principle and if they include its implementation. Under consideration are two draft amendments: the first was developed in 2012 by the National Council of the Polish Chamber of Town Planners, while the second is a governmental draft from 2012. |
