Instrumenty wspierania rozwoju inteligentnych specjalizacji w województwie podlaskim i ich wpływ na rozwój sektora MSP

Abstract

Cel – Celem artykułu jest wskazanie instrumentów wspierania rozwoju inteligentnych specjalizacji w województwie podlaskim i ocena ich wpływu na rozwój MSP. Metoda badań – Artykuł opiera się na informacjach pochodzących ze źródeł wtórnych, głównie z Strategii Rozwoju Województwa Podlaskiego oraz Planu Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości, na podstawie inteligentnych specjalizacji województwa podlaskiego na lata 2015–2020+ oraz Raportu z ewaluacji wsparcia podlaskich inteligentnych specjalizacji. Do analizy wykorzystano również wyniki badań pierwotnych przeprowadzonych w 2023 roku. Do interpretacji materiału badawczego posłużyła metoda chi‑ kwadrat. Wnioski – Jak wynika z przeprowadzonych badań, zidentyfikowane instrumenty wspierania rozwoju inteligentnych specjalizacji w województwie podlaskim wpływają na rozwój przedsiębiorstw z sektora MSP. Oryginalność / wartość / implikacje / rekomendacje – Instrumenty wspierające rozwój inteligentnych specjalizacji mają pozytywny wpływ na rozwój przedsiębiorstw rozumiany jako wzrost przychodów, zysków i wdrożenie nowych produktów/usług do oferty. Wyniki badań jednoznacznie wskazują na związek między korzystaniem z instrumentów wspierających inteligentne specjalizacje a rozwojem przedsiębiorstwa.

Purpose – The aim of the article is to indicate the instruments supporting the development of smart specializations in the Podlaskie Voivodeship and their impact on the development of the SME sector. Research method – The article is based on secondary sources of information, mainly from the statistical studies on the Development Strategy of the Podlaskie Voivodeship and the Entrepreneurship Development Plan, based on the smart specializations of the Podlaskie Voivodeship for the years 2015–2020+ and on the Report on the evaluation of support for Podlaskie smart specializations. The results of the primary research conducted in 2023 were also used for the analysis. The chi‑‑squared method was used to analyze the research material. Results – According to the conducted research, the identified instruments supporting the development of smart specializations in the Podlaskie Voivodeship affect the development of enterprises from the SME sector. Originality/value/implications/recommendations – Instruments supporting the development of smart specializations have a positive impact on the development of enterprises understood as an increase in revenues, profits and the implementation of new products/services to the offer. The results of the study clearly indicate a relationship between the use of instruments supporting smart specializations and the development of the enterprise.
