| Abstrakt: | The aim of this article is to present diagnostic research from 42 teaching teams in Polish schools. School reality is analysed in four areas of diagnosis: resources, difficulties, motivation and concerns. The authors analyse the barriers in teachers’ work, from the point of view of innovative approach/ task limitations in particular. They quote qualitative data sources, i.e. direct statements from practitioners teachers and report their subjective experiences. |
