| Abstrakt: | The method for teaching translation in the Department of Modern Languages at the University of Białystok is interdisciplinary in its character. To facilitate the process of preparing prospective translators certain disciplines, such as the Polish Language in Translation, Specialist Languages, Descriptive Grammar and the History of French Civilisation have been included in the curriculum. In addition, the analysis of typical mistakes made by students helps to identify problernatic areas. |
