Abstract

This article is an attempt to depict the private sector against the vision of sustainable development for Polish business in 2050. The author by presenting the key areas described in the vision, points to the correlation between the private sector and the concept of sustainable development and emphasizes that without the introduction of legal instruments for the implementation of the principle of sustainable development, it will not be possible to develop a green economy. An essential element of its development is cooperation within and between the science, business and administration sectors. Creating transparent law is possible only if these three sectors support each other. This will allow for socio-economic development of the state in the spirit of sustainable development.
