Abstrakt:	The object of the analysis are the linguistic processes of forming and supplementing Computer science sublanguage in Russian language. The author investigates peculiarity of forming the group of multi-word terms. The investigation shows that the biggest part of this group are the two-word Іехісаі units, but the number of components can reach the five.
