| Abstrakt: | This article treats of the functioning of the abbreviations in the modern Russian language. The new abbreviations rising lately on the base of the Russian language and the abbreviations, created in the soviet period are analysed. The types of formative models are presented. It is also attempt to precise the roles of the abbreviations in the modern Russian language. |
