«Плач Яраслаўны» ў кантэксце творчасці Масея Сяднёва

Abstract

Interpretation of “Slovo o polku Igorievie” made by an emigre poet Masey Sedniov (1913-2001) is analysed in the context of the composition existance in Byelorussian literature of the 20ᵗʰ century. It is maintained that turning towards mutual literary relic of the past of East Slavs was the result of creative evolution of the poet’s individuality. Typological analysis of “Slovo o polku Igorievie” and Masey Sedniov’s verse testifies the fact that contemporary poet read this outstanding masterpiece of the past.
