Abstract

The Danilka and Zosya types of “The Ruined Nest” by Yanka Kupała are characterized in context of the author’s literary heritage and the types of dramas by Ph. Alechnowich. In contradiction to the traditional, the Danilka type is given as a prediction and a tragic warning. It is like the author’s social forseeing: the creator-and-clown, the creator-and-dissembler enters the life with confidence. The Danilka type in context of Kupał as works is thought to be an absolute antipode to the author’s ideal of a musician, a poet and a prophet. It’s proved that attitude to family and social problems in context of Zosya’s intimate claims is the model of tragic split personality that leads to romantic orientations crach.
