| Abstrakt: | Goal – The purpose of this paper is to present the tax dispute resolution procedures that are in force in the Republic of Lithuania. Research methodology – Laws and literature were analysed for the purpose of this paper. Score/results – The paper showed, from the legal standpoint, how a tax decision can be challenged in the Republic of Lithuania, in the context of the amendments adopted in 2024. Originality/value – The paper expands the knowledge of challenging of tax decisions in the Republic of Lithuania. |
