Społeczne koszty migracji zagranicznych z perspektywy regionów peryferyjnych

Abstract

In many debates over processes of foreign migration of Poles outweigh their affirmative interpretation, so from the point of view of individuals, as and communities. In principle the lack is analyses of especially concerning social costs of the migration. In my point of view the analysis of social costs of foreign migrations is possible especially across the use of the idea of the human capital, social and cultural. In the article I try to give the argument that parallel with foreign trips of inhabitants from the country is taken away the human capital, social and cultural, in this especially important for the development of the region, the capital of the youth. The capital of the youth I qualify such equipment biological, human (individual), social and cultural of young people which favours to attaining of the economic capital and the realization of established practical aims. Relatively the biggest level of the lass of the capital in the region ties in with foreign migrations of the young people (the lass of the capital of the youth), as the professional and even live career young people, more and more is connected with foreign migrations. The limitation of the migration one can reach especially across the conscious and professional construction of the social capital in the region.
