Abstrakt:	Goal – the purpose of this study was to present proposals for changes in the state’s relations with religious organizations in Poland after the parliamentary elections in 2023. Research methodology – the draft laws and literature on this topic have been thoroughly analyzed for the purpose of this article. Score/results – the article showed that there are projects for changes in the state’s relations with religious organizations in Poland after the parliamentary elections in 2023. Originality/value – the article expands knowledge about the planned changes in the legal situation of religious associations in Poland.
