dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this article is to examine the way in which the content of honor occurs in the “songs of ascents” (Ps 120-134). Each unit contains – more or less evidently – a reference to this value. Honor is a reality which the Psalm-ist desires, but often lacks. The dynamic of the collection presents relaying on God’s grace as the right way to seek honor. He responds to this human expectation through His creative intervention, by which the order of the world is restored.	pl
