dc.description.Biographicalnote | Andrzej Sakowicz is an Adjunkt in the Department of Criminal Law at the University of Białystok (Poland), where he obtained his PhD degree. His research interests lie primarily in judicial cooperation in criminal matters in the European Union (the principle mutual recognition, the principle ne bis in idem, the European arrest warrant, the European evidence warrant) criminal law, criminal procedure and human rights (especially the right to privacy). He is the author of some sixty publications, a member of the Foundation for Polish Science and a Max Planck Fellow (2004, 2006 and 2007). | pl |
