Mariangela ALBANO - is Associate Professor in French Linguistics and French and Italian Didactics at the Dokuz Eylul University of Izmir. She has been a member of the HTL laboratory (Histoire des Theories Linguistiques – UMR 7597, Sorbonne Nouvelle University and Paris Diderot University) since 2014, and an associate member of DILTEC (Didactique des langues, des textes et des cultures – EA2288, Sorbonne Nouvelle University) since 2017. Her research concerns cognitive semantics applied to the analysis of metaphors, phraseology, and translation, and to the learning and didactics of French as a Foreign Language. Her work aims at observing language theory and epistemology, critically examining the position of some contemporary cognitive approaches. She also investigates problems of morphology, lexicology and lexicography (dictionaries and corpora) from a synchronic and a diachronic perspective.pl
Julia MILLER - is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of Adelaide in Australia.
