Wartościowanie świata przedstawionego w dialogach reportaży literackich

Abstract

In the paper the structure of evaluation is discussed, lexical and phraseological evaluative means as well as the influence of a broad context of semantic transformations of various lexical elements. Attention is paid to the linguistic shape of mutual human relations and the creation of the dialogue dependent on the social relations among conversation participants, e.g. asymmetrical relation between interlocutors (parents-children), as well as formal dialogues and informal dialogues. The analysis conducted proves that dialogue to the same degree as narration, exploits the proces sof evaluation based on knowledge of the world and language common to the sender and the receiver, knowledge of characteristics of the objects denoted by words, their functions or stereotypical judgements, as well as contextual semantic dependencies of particular words and phraseological units. All these factors cause that the creation of reportage conversation is not subordinated to the informative-reporting function only, but also, and perhaps first of all, the expressive-impressive function.
