Nota biograficzna:	Anna Piszcz – Ph.D. in Law, Habilitation; professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Białystok (Poland), Acting Chairman of the Department of Public Economic Law; legal advisor. She is editor-in-chief of internetowy Kwartalnik Antymonopolowy i Regulacyjny (a quarterly journal in Polish) and deputy editor-in-chief of Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (a yearbook in English). She specialises in public economic law, as well as in competition law and consumer protection. Václav Šmejkal – associate professor of European law at the Faculty of Law, Charles University (Prague), Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Law of the Škoda Auto University in Mladá Boleslav (Central Bohemia) and an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. He specializes mainly in EU competition and consumer law as well as in the political and social aspects of European integration.
