Канцэпт «дом» у сучаснай беларускай прозе (на матэрыяле раманаў Альгерда Бахарэвіча, Юрыя Станкевіча)

Abstract

The article dwells on the structure of the concept “house/home” in the novels of the modern Belarusian writers – “Shabany” by A. Bakharevich and “To love night is a right of rats” by Y. Stankevich. The author of the article makes a comparison between the meanings of this concept as presented in Belarusian folklore and as presented in the novels. The article dwells not only on the lexical representation but also on the imagery (metaphors and similes) that is used to describe the space of house (home). The author of the article analyzes the interaction of the concepts “house/home” and “homelessness” through the imagery of the novels. The article retraces the connection of the correlation of the concepts “house/home” and “homelessness” with the ideas of postmodern aesthetics in the novels.
