Transfer technologii a innowacyjność małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw

Abstract

Przesłanką podjęcia badań w ramach rozprawy jest kwestia niskiej innowacyjności małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w Polsce oraz zakres wykorzystania transferu technologii jako źródła innowacji. W ramach rozprawy sformułowany został podstawowy problem badawczy pracy tj. w jakim stopniu transfer technologii wpływa na innowacyjność małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Zakres i cel eksploracji problemu pozwoliły na sformułowanie tezy głównej pracy, w formie stwierdzenia, iż: "transfer technologii posiada decydujący wpływ na poziom innowacyjności małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw". Tak sformułowana teza główna stanowiła podstawę dla tezy pomocniczej oraz pięciu szczegółowych hipotez badawczych. Celem teoretycznym dysertacji była weryfikacja hipotez badawczych oraz opracowanie modelu wpływu transferu technologii na innowacyjność małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, uwzględniającego możliwość pomiaru poszczególnych rodzajów. Istotne również jest wskazanie, które z poszczególnych form i wyodrębnionych w ich ramach kanałów transferu technologii rzeczywiście wpływają na innowacyjność, a które są nieistotne. Celem praktycznym rozprawy było sformułowanie rekomendacji na temat działań, jakie należy podjąć, aby zwiększyć skuteczność transferu technologii, podnosząc tym samym poziom innowacyjności małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Praca składa się ze wstępu, czterech rozdziałów, zakończenia, spisu materiałów źródłowych, rysunków, tabel i wykresów oraz aneksu.

Low innovativeness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland and the extent of use of technology transfer as a source of innovation was the premise to undertake the research under the doctorate research. Under these the basic problem of the research work was formulated as: the extent to which technology transfer affects the innovativeness of small and medium-sized enterprises. The scope and purpose of the problem made it possible to formulate the main thesis work, in the form of a statement that "the technology transfer has a decisive influence on the level of innovativeness" of small and medium-sized enterprises". So formulated the main thesis formed the basis for the auxiliary and five specific research hypotheses. The theoretic aim of the thesis was verification of hypotheses and to development of a model of the impact of technology transfer on the innovativeness of small and medium-sized enterprises taking into account the possibility of measuring it specific types. Significant also was an indication that the individual forms and isolated within their framework of channels of technology transfer actually affect innovation, and which are irrelevant. To practice aim of the thesis was to formulate recommendations on actions to be taken to increase the effectiveness of technology transfer, thus increasing the level of innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises. The work consists of an introduction, four chapters, completion, table of source materials, figures, tables and grphs an annex.
