Abstrakt:	The civil responsibility persons who are obligated to the supervision of individuals who, because of age or mental status, can not be held responsible for their actions causes problems in Polish civil law. There are several possible grounds for legal liability. There are also doubts in how to understand the range of supervision. The doctrine proposed amendments to Art. 427 CC are to properly protect the victim’s interests. It is also proposed to introduce liability based on the principle of risk.
