    dc.description.abstractWyniki badań jednoznacznie wskazują, że zjawisko wypalenia zawodowego dotyczy blisko połowy kuratorów, którzy wzięli udział w badaniach (44%), obrazuje to najważniejszy – globalny wskaźnik wypalenia zawodowego, a ponadto poszczególne jego wymiary. Współzależność stresu i wypalenia zawodowego potwierdzają wyniki badań Schaufeliego i Dierendoncka (1995), Harta (1996), Leitera, Maslach (1997) i Maslach (1998).pl
    dc.description.abstractThe results of the study unambiguously indicate that the phenomenon of professional burnout affects almost a half (44%) of the probation officers who participated in the study. It is illustrated by the global professional burnout ratio and, additionally, its individual dimensions. The correlation between stress and professional burnout was confirmed, which corroborates the results of studies conducted by authors such as Schaufeli and Dierendock (1995), Hart (1996), Leiter, Maslach (1997), Maslach (1998).pl
