Poglądy kuratorów sądowych na temat nowelizacji ustawy o przeciwdziałaniu przemocy w rodzinie

Abstract

W artykule omówiono środki ochrony dzieci-ofiar przemocy domowej uregulowane w znowelizowanej ustawie o przeciwdziałaniu przemocy w rodzinie. Analizie poddano opinie i oceny kuratorów sądowych na temat przyjętych rozwiązań a także na temat funkcjonowania ustawy w praktyce. Badania ankietowe wśród 341 kuratorów sądowych przeprowadzono na zlecenie Rzecznika Praw Dziecka w ramach monitoringu funkcjonowania znowelizowanej ustawy o przeciwdziałaniu przemocy w rodzinie.

In the paper there are presented the protection means related to the situation of children being the family violence victims. Presenced protection means are regulated in the amended Family Violence Prevention Act. There are analyzed opinions and evaluations expressed by the judicial guardians related to the accepted solutions as well as to the practical contexts of the mentioned Act’s functioning. Survey research were realized in the group of 341 judicial guardians as the answer for the Childrens’ Rights Advocate’s directive in the frames of the monitoring the amended Family Violence Prevention Act functioning.
