    dc.description.abstractAngielski system resocjalizacji nieletnich od kiedy w 1998 roku został radykalnie zreformowany, nieustannie się zmienia, doskonali. Wszystkie jego elementy są poddawane ewaluacji i w przypadku wystąpienia niedomogów zmieniane, uzupełniane. Taki też charakter mają prezentowane w artykule zmiany wprowadzone przez Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008. Youth Rehabilitation Order (YRO) i Scaled Approach – są to dwie główne innowacje wprowadzone tym aktem prawnym, które mają ułatwić i przede wszystkim zindywidualizować stosowanie i orzekanie środków wobec nieletnich.pl
    dc.description.abstractEnglish youth rehabilitation system has been radically reformed since 1998 and it is still changing. All of the components which constitutes its structure undergo constant evaluation. In case of any deficiencies, they are changed and completed. Such changes has been introduced in Criminal Justice and Imigration Act in 2008. Youth Rehabilitation Order (YRO) and Scaled Approach are two main innovations proposed in this act, their task ist to facilitate and individualize adjudicated probation restrictions.pl
