dc.description.abstract | For removal of C.I. Acid Red 18 (cochineal red A, ponceau 4R) from aqueous solutions, polystyrene Amberlyst A 21 and Lewatit VPOC 1064 were used. C.I. Acid Red 18 sorption was performed using static and dynamic methods. The parameters of the Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm models were calculated. The sorption rate constants were determined based on the pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second order and intraparticle diffusion models. The working and total exchange capacities, and bed and weight distribution coefficients were designated in the column system. | pl |
