Abstract

Migration and roams of people are as old as our civilization, and even as old as our history. Migrations are the constant element of human being life and are the effect of the relation as well as with the naturaI environment, as well with interpersonal relation, social and political and cultural. This duality is recognizing from the very beginning of our history. Migrations are the integral and very important part of historical process of humans. We have to recognize this as a natura l and spontaneous phenomenon. Migration not only accompany but also were the main stream of human life from the very beginning, they form humanity in her shape from the geopolitical, national and cultural or civilization and olher else perspective. Migrations were, are and will be the element of humans' history.
