Zjawisko sieroctwa w kontekście sytuacji dzieci uchodźców

Abstract

The refugee's children live in a two worlds, they carry a double burden of refugee's orphanhood. In the first world they are left by theirs native land and theirs nearest and dearest, damaged by their parents' death. In the second world, in a taken background, they experience loneliness which comes from not to be on their land. In my thesis I present a legal regulations taken by polish government for the purpose of refugee's children protection. I describe components which increase loneliness in a taken background such as: ineffective proccdures designating guardian for children deprived of care, long waiting time to get refugee status, sending refugee's children to emergency service, adaptation difficulties which arise from cultural differences. I refer to consequences of fast rising pressure in a world of war, behaviour disorder coming out of lack of family and home country, and from contact with strange culture. I'm also searching for a reason of an intolerant attitude Polish people towards refugee's children.
