Nowy Jork Jasona Hunta. O emotywnych aspektach tworzenia legendy na blogu

Abstract

In the text, I analyze the image of New York based on the blog entries of Jason Hunt, describing itself as the king of the Polish blogosphere. The point of reference for me is the category ofthe autobiographical site proposed by Małgorzata Czermińska. In this context, I reconstruct the image of NYC in relation to other cultural texts and the Hunt blog. I pay attention to the emotional elements in the topography of the city and the ways of experiencing space in the city by seses. I refer to marketing practices that are at the heart of writing blogs that create an original brand using a storytelling strategy, which is a tool designed to create the egend. In the end, I confront the legend created by Hunt with the legend of the famous New Yorker - Woody Allen.
