W rozdziale drugim zaprezentowano instytucje i organizacje finansowe. W kolejnych czterech rozdziałach przeanalizowano czynniki rozwoju usług pośrednictwa finansowego instytucji i organizacji: sektora bankowego, funduszy inwestycyjnych, towarzystw ubezpieczeniowych i funduszy emerytalnych. W pracy wykorzystano dane statystyczne z GUS, Eurosat, IMF, ECB. The dissertation discusses the problem of insufficient development of financial intermedion services in Poland. Financial intermediation services play a key role in the modern economy, dynamising the system by reducing the cost of development in other sectors. The dissertation consist of six chapters. In chapter one the research problem is discussed. The services sector is analysed in comparison with the EU countries. In chapter two the hypothesis is presented. It is assumed that institutional and organizational factors have a significant influenece on the sector of financial services. In chapter three the importance of the bank sector services is discussed. In chapter four the development of institutions of investment funds is presented. In chapter five the development of institutions of the insurance sector is analysed. The last chapter explains the development of institutions and organizations in the pension funds sector. The work contains the analysis of statistical data from GUS, Eurosat, IMF, ECB and others. The study used the hypothetical-deductive method of research. The verification process partially confirmed the main hypothesis that financial institutions and organizations are the main factor in the development of the financial intermediation services market in Poland. It also showed many weaknesses in the financial intermediation sector. |
