Организация отдыха детей, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации (на примере Москвы)

Abstract

Goal – an analysis of the legal and organizational basis for recreation of children in difficult life situations based on the example set by the city of Moscow. The analysis includes suggestions for improving public administration in this area. Research methodology – in this paper, the author used an analysis of regulatory documents, reports from the social recreation travel company “Mosgortur”, content analysis of complaints from “Mosgortur’s” clients, and an expert survey. Score/results – the author identified problems in organizing recreation for children in difficult life situations in Moscow and instructions for solving those problems. Originality/value – researching the research of the organization of children’s social recreation at the regional level, and an identification of organizational and regulatory problems.
