| Abstrakt: | The author of the present study examines Andrzej Stasiuk’s novel “Dziewięć”. The analysis focuses on the meaning of urban space and relations between characters and places. As indicated, the most significant concepts of space in the novel are centre and motion. The study describes the importance and influence of these two concepts in the characters’ lives. |
