Świadomość prawna młodzieży gimnazjalnej Białegostoku a podejmowane przez nią zachowania problemowe

Abstract

Rozprawa składa się z trzech części. W rozdziale pierwszym ukazano teoretyczne podstawy podejmowanej problematyki, jak też omówiono teorie i koncepcje wykorzystywane w pracy. Są to teoria zachowań Richarda i Shirley Jessorów, koncepcja resilience, koncepcja świadomości prawnej Marii Boruckiej-Arctowej. Praca ma charakter interdysycyplinarny. Rozdział drugi rozprawy to opis autorskiej koncepcji metodologicznej, ukierunkowanej na rozpoznanie poziomu i uwarunkowań świadomości prawnej młodzieży gimnazjalnej, określenie częstotliwości i rodzajów zachowań problemowych badanych oraz wyjaśnienie związku między analizowanymi zmiennymi. W rozdziale trzecim zaprezentowano wyniki autorskich badań przeprowadzonych wśród młodzieży gimnazjalnej. Ta część pracy objęła analizę i interpretację materiału empirycznego zgromadzonego w toku prowadzonych badań, a także wnioski, które pozwoliły na wypracowanie implikacji praktycznych - wskazań dla praktyki edukacyjnej zorientowanych na zwiększenie poziomu świadomości prawnej, a tym samym redukowanie zachowań problemowych młodzieży gimnazjalnej. W rozdziale tym przedstawiono także ogólny zarys autorskiego projektu edukacji prawnej w szkołach gimnazjalnych. W końcowej części pracy znalazło się zakończenie, bibliografia, tabele zbiorcze, spis form graficznych wykorzystanych w pracy: tabel, wykresów, rysunków, a także aneks, na który składają się wzory wykorzystanych, autorskich narzędzi badawczych.

The work is composed of three parts. In the first chapter I showed the theoretical background for the discussed issues, and presented the theories and concepts used in the work. These are the problem behavior theory by Richard and Shirley Jessor, the concept of resilience, and the concept of legal awareness by Maria Borucka-Arctowa. The work is interdisciplinary in character. Chapter two of the dissertation includes the description of the original methodological concept oriented at recognizing the level and determinants of legal awareness among junior high school students, determining the frequency and kinds of problem behaviors, and explaining the relationship between the analyzed variables. In chapter three I presented the results of original research carried out among junior high school students. This part of the work involved the analysis and interpretation of the empirical material gathered in the course of the study, as well as the conclusions which allowed to develop practical implications: recommendations for educational practice oriented at improving legal awareness and thus at the reduction of problem behaviors among junior high school students. In this chapter I also presented the outline of my original project of legal education in junior high school. The last part of the work includes the conclusion, bibliography, collective tables, a list of graphic forms used in the work: tables, charts and figures, as well as an index of model original research tools used in the work.
