Podstawy metodyki wychowania fizycznego - wybrane elementy

Abstract

Apart from developing man's health capabilities, participation in various forms of activity is an excellent means to shape interpersonal bonds as well as a crucial element of our civilization's social and cultural progress. Education for physical culture in school conditions comprise four areas: philosophical, social-cultural, biological and pedagogical. The aims of the school physical education are set forth in the BASIC CURRICULUM OF PRESCHOOL AND GENERAL EDUCATION specifying in details the achievements of a pupil graduating from subsequent years of the I educational stage, Le. in primary school's I-III grades. Educational standards there of encompass four thematic blocks: a diagnosis of physical fitness and activity and physical development, health training practice, sports of entire life, and relaxation, safe physical activity and personal hygiene. The proposed exercises and motor games and plays shape pupils' motor abilities and develop specific fitness abilities because they include (specific for a smali child's education) principles and strategies/methods of methodological conduct in the scope of physical education.
