Abstract

The subject ot the analysis makes new tendencies in the European soft law pertain to agricultural land management and agricultural property trade. In 2017, a European Parliament resolution on the current state of agricultural land concentration in the EU was published. At the same time, in response to Parliament’s resolution, on 18 October 2017, the European Commission formulated a statement that responded to this resolution by defining the control limits of property rights by European Union authorities which based on a set line of the Court of Justice and guiding principles of the TFEU.
