| Abstrakt: | The article outlines the notion of natural capital and its usefulness in a sociological analysis. It presents the perspectives on the environment, including the social constructionist approach. The work emphasizes the meaning of natural capital (and associated interests) within ecological consciousness research. It also explores the problem of evaluating the social value of natural capital. The author attempts to present the possible linkages between natural capital research and sociology of borderlands. |
