Abstract

The term of educational space is widely interpreted in pedagogical literature. Various understanding of this term gives rise to growing interest in different areas of school reality. In this article there are presented the results of the research based on elementary education students’ opinions about possibilities to create chosen elements of educational space in mathematical education of primary school pupils. The article focuses on aspects connected with organizing pupils’ activities, working with children who are either talented or have difficulties in learning mathematics and ways to control and check pupils’ knowledge and abilities.
