Abstract

There is a lot of confusion with regard to the meaning conveyed by the name of a person who farms land. It is hard to unequivocally determine who a farmer is in social awareness. This entry elicits many connections. One thing is certain, i.e., that a farmer is the owner of a farmstead and s/he works the land. Some agricultural producers achieve impressive results, others manage poorly, as it was decades ago. All farmers are workers not only task-oriented, but more often time-oriented and bound with their profession. This very specific occupation combines many other jobs and is linked to many skills connected with management.
