Transformation and styling as the key symbols of glamour express the idea that "everyone can become a better version of themselves': The culturally stable Cinderella myth is the embodiment of glamour style metamorphosis. It's central promises are: "you can be exceptional" and "life can be wonderful': Glamour is not so much external, as internal transformation. It's a process of becoming better, more beautiful, closer to perfection, mainly through hard - albeit secret - work. The author's goal is to present the basic methods of female transformation performed not through magical or divine powers, but through know-how.
