The structure of the Web composed of knots, links and transfers includes so called “meshes”, the empty spaces where positive human interactions do not exist. Metaphorically speaking, the „ruptures” of the Web constitute practices manifested in hate speech, armchair criticism and judgment of others. These dysfunctional actions however, consolidate the virtual community of cynics. One of the most common strategies for creating „ruptures” and boundaries on the Internet is labelling groups of people as simpletons. Classifying into what is cultured and what is low class appears to be a problem beyond the virtual world. The Internet, which is providing the right to anonymity, allows for an extension of the cynical approach, which is progressively reduced in the real world.
