Regardless of what form of legal actions residents take part in, decision–making processes are appropriate and even necessary. In addition, the author appreciates the fact that the catalog of these forms is always growing and changing in favor of the citizens. The author also emphasizes the use of obligatory and facultative referendum, municipal and public consultation, and underlines the fact that under the Polish local goverment law the fundamental differences between these two institutions are their goals, how they are used and the effects they have. Public participation implies the cooperation of citizens in the design and making decisions that affect the functioning of the community, and thus the involvement of individuals in the decision–making process. Such participation should be assessed very positively, because it is not only targeted to investigate the degree of social acceptance for the planned activities of local government, but also is one of the most important forms of social dialogue. In contrast, a small range of cases where the decision is now subject to mandatory consultations should be assessed negatively, as well as the reluctance of the authorities to reach for this type of direct power enforcement. The range of tools to increase the impact of members of the council on the decisions taken by the authorities of those communities will translate into a stronger long–term perspective of participation, and as a result – a better realization of the idea of self–government, which the author has undoubtedly proved. Autorzy: Laskowski, Paweł Abstrakt: The Article refers to the issue of setting up a limited liability company, and in particular its standard sample form. The main axis is the Act dated 1 April, 2011 Amending The Commercial Companies’ Code Act and some other Acts. (Journal of Laws, 2011, No. 92, item 531) . Newly introduced regulations provide a standard sample form whereby a limited liability company may be quickly set up, represent a relevant subject on precipitating the operations of economic activity as well as streamlining the organizational and legal procedures that lead to establishing a limited liability company. So far, certain elements of a standard sample form for a limited liability company have been characterized and some changes during establishing a new company have been shown. Within a standard sample form, some changes on financial contribution and indispensible documentation to register a new company will be discussed. The raised issues are just the initial voices in the discussion over the changes that have already been implemented. There is a heated debate over the role of a notary public during registry proceedings. Not only do changes that introduce a standard sample form regulate commercial law, but they also significantly affect civil proceedings, court–costs matters and the National Court Registry. The above–mentioned issue seems to be crucial in effectively performing the process of setting up limited liability companies and handling judicial proceedings while registering them. Issues which refer to facilitating setting up limited liability companies are postulates that have been raised in the doctrine and in particular in economies for almost two decades. For those reasons, the regulation which helps to secure economic stability and seems to be the first step towards fulfilling the expectations of science and practice cannot go unnoticed.
