Abstrakt: An article is dedicated to the main kinds of polonisms identified in a texts of religious polemical work Oeuvre Against Lutheran included in a manuscript of Suprasl’sky collection of the end of 16th century. A source of a factual basis is the text of Oeuvre Against Lutheran published in the series Monuments of Polemical Literature in the West Rus’ (1903). A brief introduction of Belarusian linguistic studies dedicated to the issues of Belarusian and Polish language interrelationship, as well as a specification of the semantic satiation of term polonism precedes the description of polonisms in the text. In addition, the conclusion of the change of the term as applied to the different periods of history of Belarusian language is drawn. Abstrakt: The article reflects the existence of texts originating from the territory of today‘s eastern Poland, Belarus and Ukraine (in respective period Lithuanian Grand Duchy) of the 14th and 15th centuries, which show the mutual influence of Czech, Polish and Ruthenian. We also draw attention to two fragments of the Gospel according to Matthew, in which it is possible to trace the interaction of Old Czech and, more generally, West Slavic language influences and the Church-Slavonic text of the Gospel. The influence of the Church-Slavonic text is evident in the oldest monuments of the so-called 1 st redaction of the Old Bohemian translation of the Bible from the 14th century and, on the other hand, the West Slavonic language influences are observed on the fragment of the Church-Slavonic Gospel, probably from the 14th century. These facts seem to indicate a much greater mutual bi-directional influence of biblical texts in West Slavonic vernacular languages and the Church-Slavonic translation of the Gospel than previously thought.</description>
