Tytuł: Badanie produktywnej i receptywnej kompetencji kolokacyjnej u dzieci w wieku 4–6 lat – propozycja metody autorskiej z wykorzystaniem obrazków generowanych przez ChatGPT
Autorzy: Makowska, Karolina
Proponowana metoda może stanowić nowoczesne i elastyczne narzędzie wspomagające diagnozę oraz rozwój leksykalny dzieci.; The aim of this article is to present an original method for investigating productive and receptive collocational competence in children aged 4–6 using images generated by artificial intelligence (ChatGPT). Collocational competence, understood as the ability to recognize and produce conventional lexical combinations, constitutes an important aspect of a child’s developing linguistic competence. The article proposes two types of tasks: (1) receptive tasks, which involve identifying correct collocations on the basis of two illustrations containing the same element, and (2) productive tasks, in which children name or describe the scenes presented. The paper discusses the process of image creation, the criteria for selecting collocations, as well as the advantages and limitations of using generative artificial intelligence in linguistic research. The proposed method may serve as a modern and flexible tool supporting both the assessment and the lexical development of children.

Zachowania ryzykowne a struktura rodziny osób w okresie wczesnej dorosłości na północno-wschodnim pograniczu Polski

Tytuł: Zachowania ryzykowne a struktura rodziny osób w okresie wczesnej dorosłości na północno-wschodnim pograniczu Polski
Autorzy: Putra, Ewa
Przeprowadzone badania pokazały, że u chłopców występuje większy poziom podejmowania zachowań ryzykownych, a struktura rodziny warunkuje podejmowanie zachowań ryzykownych.; Risky behaviors are an inherent part of young people’s everyday functioning. They constitute an integral element in the development of their personality, behaviors, beliefs, attitudes, and system of norms. The family is the first social group in which they learn certain norms and
principles. As noted, the family is a distinctive cultural microsystem, a cherished value, and the family pattern of life has been preserved for centuries. Within this pattern, defined by customary norms, children are introduced to the culture of the local community. Research conducted by Alina Szczurek-Boruta indicates that families living in borderland regions describe their parenting methods as follows: partnership (58.3%), supporting children’s development (25.0%), mandatory adherence to rules (13.9%), and freedom in upbringing (2.8%) (Szczurek-Boruta, 2023). A key issue is the subgroup of respondents who expect unconditional obedience, which results in a lack of tolerance for certain behaviors displayed by children. These families do not tolerate disrespectful attitudes toward parents or elders (Szczurek-Boruta, 1998b). Does the parenting style declared by parents raising children in borderland regions encourage or discourage engagement in risky behaviors among young people during emerging adulthood? Among the most important factors influencing the likelihood of engaging (or not engaging) in risky behaviors are the educational environment and the structure of the family of origin in which a young person was raised. The aim of the study was to assess the level of risky behaviors (aggression and addictions) among the respondents during emerging adulthood and to determine the relationship between family structure and engagement in risky behaviors (aggression and addiction). The study involved 195 people. The Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire (BPAQ) and the AUDIT Test were used in the study. Studies indicate that young people in early adulthood often consume alcoholic beverages. The study showed that men displayed a higher level of engagement in risky behaviors, and that family structure affected engagement in risky behaviors.

Tytuł: (Nie)regionalna edukacja w dobie globalizacji na przykładzie działalności Stowarzyszenia „Muzeum Małej Ojczyzny w Studziwodach”
Autorzy: Nikonorow, Magdalena
Abstrakt: W artykule podjęto analizę opinii osób współtworzących Stowarzyszenie „Muzeum Małej Ojczyzny w Studziwodach” w kontekście realizacji idei (nie)regionalnej edukacji. Celem badań było poznanie sposobów, w jakie lokalna inicjatywa łączy troskę o dziedzictwo z wyzwaniami globalizacji i cyfryzacji. Proces badawczy został zrealizowany w latach 2024–2025 w paradygmacie jakościowym, z wykorzystaniem metody indywidualnych przypadków oraz techniki wywiadu, częściowo ustrukturyzowanego, przeprowadzonego z dziesięcioma członkami Stowarzyszenia. Na podstawie zgromadzonego materiału empirycznego dokonano interpretacji procesów redefiniowania tradycji poprzez żywe doświadczenie oraz dialog
międzypokoleniowy wspierany narzędziami cyfrowymi. W konkluzji podkreślono potencjał (nie)regionalnej edukacji w procesie budowania refleksyjnej tożsamości jednostek w dobie kulturowej fragmentaryzacji. Prezentowany tekst stanowi kontynuację badań podjętych w pracy magisterskiej, obecnie rozwijanych w ramach rozprawy doktorskiej przygotowywanej pod kierunkiem prof. dr hab. Jerzego Nikitorowicza na Uniwersytecie w Białymstoku.; The article analyzes the opinions of people involved in the “Museum of the Little Homeland in Studziwody” Association in the context of implementing the idea of (non-)regional education. The aim of the research was to learn about the ways in which local initiatives combine concern for heritage with the challenges of globalization and digitization. The research was carried out in 2024–2025 using a qualitative paradigm, individual case studies, and semi-structured interviews with ten members of the Association. The processes of redefining tradition through lived experience and intergenerational dialogue supported by digital tools were interpreted based on the collected empirical material. The conclusion emphasizes the potential of (non-)regional education in the process of building a reflective identity in an era of cultural
fragmentation. The presented text is an extension of the author’s own research, initiated as part of her master’s thesis, and currently continued in the course of her doctoral dissertation under the supervision of Prof. Jerzy Nikitorowicz at the University of Białystok.

„Sońka” jako miejsce pamięci – relokacje i „przeredagowania”

Tytuł: „Sońka” jako miejsce pamięci – relokacje i „przeredagowania”
Autorzy: Kuzyka, Julia
Abstrakt: This article examines “Sońka”, both Ignacy Karpowicz’s novel and its protagonist, as a site of memory, focusing on the processes of relocation and “rewriting” that structure the narrative. Drawing on theories of cultural memory, conflicted memory, and multidirectional or wandering memory, and engaging, among other sources, with the work of Aneta Prymaka-Oniszk, the article investigates the ways in which individual and collective memories are transformed, displaced, and renegotiated. It identifies six forms of relocation in Sońka, understood as shifts in meaning that involve acts of renaming and reinterpretation. These include Igor’s relocation from Warsaw to Królowe Stojło; Sońka’s relocation from Królowe Stojło to Warsaw; her movements across temporal as well as spatial dimensions through returns to the past; metaphysical relocations associated with death; linguistic relocations manifested in acts of literal renaming; and relocations of Sońka into other artistic and literary works. Through these interconnected processes, Sońka emerges as a distinctive “knot of memory” in which multiple narratives, identities, and historical experiences converge and intersect.
