In his short stories and lyrical miniatures the writer from Krynki shows the picture of a real, symbolic, and ideological home, in the nationalistic spirit connected with a prayer to a Belarusian word. The center, or the heart of Janowicz’s home is being Belarusian and Slavic. There is a writer’s attempt to combine Belarusian national idea with Orthodoxy.
