Abstrakt: The article presents the results of research on the meaning of memorabilia in the statements of people with intellectual disabilities who are participants of occupational therapy workshops. The image of memorabilia - represented by stereotypically considered objects as souvenirs - reconstructed on the basis of survey statements of people with reduced intellect largely coincides with a culturally persisted image - primarily in the field of aesthetics, origin and valuation.2017-01-01T00:00:00ZMiędzy standaryzacją a indywidualizacją. Abstrakt: The subject of the article is a role of an object in documenting a touristic experience. The author attempts to classify things constituting the material forms, preserving, by its nature volatile and transient emotions actualized in the current touristic practices. By bringing a differentiated set of such object, she analyses the process of cultural translation of touristic experience into narrations included into the so-called souvenirs. Their multitude and dissimilarity are determined by the polar opposites - standardisation, the products of which are objects unified and predictable, and individualisation, by the effect of which the sign of the tourist's experience is souvenirs that are personalized or radically atypical, established by individual choice and symbolising individual experience of a uniqueness of the visited place.2017-01-01T00:00:00ZBody art - rudymenty doznań zmysłowych i emocjonalnych?

Abstrakt: In the paper, I will discuss the subject of body art. In the initiatory part he recalled the artistic activities of Hans Bellmer, Youri Messen Jaschin, David Dżalto, Stelarc and others. I will show how space and object (thing) during the "action of the body" became a source of sensory and emotional experiences. In conclusion, I will justify how body art works, having realized the ambiguity and processuality of research and the personal involvement of the subject in researching and acquiring knowledge of the object - the body that eventually turns out to be something more than a material or research tool, they initiated a series of artistic ventures experimenting with the boundaries of human sensory sensitivity.2017-01-01T00:00:00ZMiejsca „pustoszejące” i rzeczy, które „jeszcze pamiętają”. Abstrakt: This study presents phenomenon of loss in Stanisław Piętak's poetry as a psychological issue. The problem included, interalia: a characteristic way of creation of some poetic visions related to motive of homecoming, a genesis of these depictions, a dominant function of sight. The discussed phenomenon are illustrated by selected poems from three last volumes of Piętak's poetry: Hapiness and Suffering (1958), Between the Elements ( 1960) and Incantations (1963). The phenomenological method was used in this article. The author of this study attempts to explain why an imagination is complementary to memories in poetic creations. The analysis
leads to the conclusion that the loss is an immanent part of the person's identity and poetic images presented in the article could have therapeutic properties in the psychoanalytical meaning.2017-01-01T00:00:00Z
